  • Audit & Compliance:
  • Coordinating with external auditors and ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Implementing internal controls and policies to prevent fraud and errors.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
  • Managing cash flow, banking relationships, and investment portfolios.
  • Ensuring liquidity for day-to-day operations.
  • Cost Management & Optimization:
  • Monitoring and controlling organizational costs.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Leading the finance and accounts team.
