● Prior agency experience and working with a huge brand is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
● Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Build and nurture strong professional relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their objectives and requirements.
● Client Satisfaction: Proactively measure and evaluate client satisfaction levels. Implement strategies to continually improve client experience and exceed expectations.
● Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and successful outcomes.
● Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in all interactions with clients and internal stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and any potential roadblocks to relevant parties to ensure transparency and alignment.
● Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
● Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and align with the client's expectations.
