Anderson Global is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Management Executive to join our dynamic team. We are a leading firm providing a full range of services including tax planning, compliance, accounting, corporate structuring, and business advisory solutions. We assist individuals, SMEs, and corporates in navigating complex financial and regulatory environments with confidence and efficiency.


Role Overview:

The Account Management Executive serves as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring seamless service delivery, client satisfaction, and retention. This role involves managing client portfolios, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for service upselling and cross-selling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal advisory teams.
  • Manage and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients.
  • Coordinate with tax, audit, and compliance teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Review client accounts regularly to identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Handle client escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Prepare periodic account reviews and client performance reports.
  • Support the business development team by providing client insights and referrals.
  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.
    • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
    • 3–6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or advisory roles within finance or tax consulting sectors.
    • Strong understanding of tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
