Account Management Executive

Mystic Advertising is a fast-growing UAE based marketing agency driven by strategy, creativity, and impact. We're now looking to add a proactive and detail-oriented Account Management Executive to our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments.
• Coordinate and follow up on campaign deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
• Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and status updates for client accounts.
• Collaborate with creative teams & project managers to ensure all campaign elements are on track.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client brand guidelines, tone, and expectations.
• Support senior account managers in day-to-day project management and communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in account management or client servicing within a marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• A team player with a proactive approach and positive attitude.
