Summary:

Mystic Advertising is hiring a proactive and client-focused Account Management Executive to join our growing team. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships while ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Understand client objectives and support the development of strategic solutions to meet business goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client projects.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Support account growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and added value.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in account management or a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to plan, analyze, and make informed decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
