We are seeking an
Account Management Executive – Properties, Classifieds & Services
to support the sales team by managing advertiser accounts, coordinating on-boarding activities, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and maintaining accurate records. The role is responsible for supporting the execution of client packages across Qatar Living platforms, including
property listings, classifieds listings, services listings, and branding campaigns
, ensuring high client satisfaction through timely follow-ups, service coordination, and strong internal collaboration with operations, marketing, moderation, and finance teams.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage day-to-day support for assigned client accounts across
Properties, Classifieds, and Services portals.

Support the sales team with client onboarding, documentation and follow-ups.

Ensure smooth execution of client packages including
listings, branding, featured placements, and campaign requirements
.

Manage and coordinate the uploading, updating, and accuracy of client listings across all portals (properties, classifieds, services).

Maintain accurate records of client details, contracts, package status, invoices, and communication in the system/CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and campaigns.

Assist clients with platform usage, listing updates, and resolving any account-related issues in a professional and timely manner.

Monitor listing quality and compliance, ensuring content meets portal guidelines and coordinating corrections when needed.

Prepare basic reports related to account activity, renewals, listing performance, and client support updates.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication, timely issue resolution, and strong relationship management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in account management, sales support, client servicing, customer service, or admin roles

Experience in
real estate, classifieds platforms, advertising, digital marketplaces, or online portals
is an advantage

Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is preferred
