We’re looking for curious, motivated college juniors, seniors, or recent grads eager to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of travel, tourism, and hospitality marketing. Join us this summer in our Overland Park, KS office as an Account Management Intern for our Summer Internship Program!
Spend your summer supporting the execution of the Colorado Tourism Office’s media plan as part of our Account Management team. You will contribute to creative project management, media launch, and quality assurance while gaining real-world experience in travel, tourism, and hospitality marketing. This internship provides collaboration with teams in both Kansas City and Denver, as well as valuable client-facing exposure through communications, deliverables, and direct client interaction.

- Communicate daily with internal teams and departments to support projects, client deliverables, and account management tasks via phone and email
- Develop an understanding of the marketing landscape, travel industry, client portfolios, and agency processes.
- Gain exposure to a variety of Destination Marketing Organization clients and work on campaigns across creative, paid media, social, measurement, and more
- Assist in creative routing, media execution, and ensure deliverables meet expectations and deadlines
- Assist in executing paid media campaigns for client summer launches, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Project manage and oversee various creative initiatives from concept to completion
- The Account Management Intern will work exclusively on The Colorado Tourism Office account
What we are looking for in an intern
- Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Adaptable, professional, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with others
Program Details:
As an Intern at MMGY Global, you will receive hands-on work experience and get to work directly with our clients. You will be assigned a supervisor to foster your professional development and guide you throughout the program. MMGY Global’s internships will run from June 8, 2026, through August 6, 2026. You will work Monday - Thursday in the office, up to 32 hours per week. This is a paid internship at $14 per hour.
