Account Intern

Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day account management tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and communication with clients.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on client needs and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, proactively communicating and addressing their needs.
  • Support the account management team with project coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Attend meetings and presentations as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and relevant software tools.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn new software.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
