Accounts Manager

Job Overview

We are a growing Cement, Steel / Stationery Business and retail company based in DHA Phase 5 (Islamabad) and looking for a hands-on Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting and inventory operations. This is a fully on-site role, and the selected candidate must be willing to reside in Islamabad.

Salary will be competitive and above market for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory records (inward, outward, adjustments)
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform monthly inventory stock-taking and reconciliation
  • Maintain books of accounts and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with management on inventory planning and controls
  • Ensure accuracy of daily accounting entries
  • Reconcile bank statements, cash on hand, and general ledger accounts, and investigate and resolve any discrepancies. Prepare basic weekly/ monthly reports related to inventory and accounts
  • Work on improving existing accounting processes
  • Assist in the implementation, optimization, or improvement of accounting software
  • Ensure complete compliance with FBR regulations, including timely filing of sales tax returns, income tax returns, and related tax documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
