Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to maintain our financial records and support our accounting operations. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally someone who is proficient in ERP platforms, particularly ERP Next. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our financial practices are efficient and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers
• Process payroll to ensure employees are compensated accurately and on time.
• Generate financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare financial records for audits, coordinating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation
• Generate and process invoices for services rendered to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with project managers and relevant departments to ensure accurate invoicing for billable projects.
• Implement and oversee effective accounts receivable procedures, including tracking client payments and following up on overdue invoices.
• Work closely with sales and project teams to ensure that contracts and agreements align with invoicing terms and conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms, especially ERPNext.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
