Accountant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of accounting experience and be capable of accurately monitoring money in and out of the business. Expertise in accounting software is a plus is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and track daily financial transactions (income and expenses).
• Maintain accurate ledgers and bookkeeping records.
• Prepare basic financial reports for management and the owner.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding financial transactions.
• Support the owner with financial monitoring and reporting as needed.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
