Account Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our accounting department. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial records, implement best accounting practices, and support strategic financial planning. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to manage a team of accounting professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.

Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.

Manage and monitor all accounting operations and systems.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures.

Collaborate with auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Forecast cash flow positions and ensure sufficient funds are available.

Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.

Lead, train, and mentor junior accounting staff.

Coordinate with other departments to support overall business operations.

Keep up-to-date with financial policies, legislation, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
