Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in New Cairo. The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, and leading communication between clients and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include developing strategic plans, coordinating with creative and technical teams, monitoring project progress, handling budgets and timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Manager will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, project coordination, and strategic planning
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and teams
• Familiarity with branding, advertising, web development, and media production
• Proficiency in using project management tools and CRM software
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is important.
