Case Manager – U.S. Immigration (EB-2 NIW Focus)

Overview:
HOF Migration is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Case Manager to lead the end-to-end processing of U.S. immigration cases, with a primary focus on the EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) program. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their applications are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with U.S. immigration laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage EB-2 NIW cases from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary communication channel for clients, providing clear updates, guidance, and support throughout the EB-2 NIW application process.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, processors, and agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and ensure high-quality, client-centered service delivery.
• Track key deadlines and proactively follow up with clients to collect missing documentation or clarify application details.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure smooth and successful case processing.
• Stay updated on U.S. immigration policy changes, especially related to EB-2 NIW.

Qualifications:

• Experience in immigration services or legal case management (EB-2 NIW preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/case management systems.
