Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to handle digital marketing projects end-to-end. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams (design, content, web, performance marketing), and ensure timely delivery of campaigns with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and provide strategic digital marketing solutions.
- Build trust, manage expectations, and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Email, Branding, UI/UX projects).
- Ensure deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
- Track project performance and prepare progress reports.
- Team Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, copywriters, ad specialists) to execute campaigns.
- Manage task allocation and timelines.
- Ensure smooth communication and problem-solving.
- Strategy & Growth
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients for better ROI.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing project management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, or equivalent).
- Ability to analyze reports, KPIs, and translate them into actionable strategies.
