Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Doha. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day communication with clients and partners, building and maintaining strong relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, and expanding the partner network by identifying and onboarding new brands and opportunities.




Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships with luxury brands, hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients.
  • Leverage strong negotiation skills to seal deals, secure contracts, and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients and partners.
  • Manage and grow partner accounts to ensure high satisfaction and foster long-term collaboration.
  • Develop and present compelling business proposals and sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with employees and serve as the primary representative of the company when interacting with partners and clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client and partner deliverables.
  • Monitor business performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain accurate, updated, and organised CRM data for effective account management.
  • Professionally represent the company to maintain and enhance its reputation, always demonstrating a polished and professional appearance.



Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within the luxury/hospitality sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Professional, proactive, and target-driven with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing strategies.
  • Valid local driving license.
  • Transferable work Visa.
