Job Title: Operations and Development Specialist

Role Overview:

A leading organization in Doha is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Development Specialist to support partnership operations and loyalty programme development. The role involves working closely with the Senior Partnership Manager to grow partner relationships, drive revenue, and increase member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Partnership Manager in administrative and operational tasks related to partner management (agreements, support, and reporting).
  • Develop strategic plans for identifying and onboarding suitable partners across multiple partnership verticals.
  • Build and evaluate business cases for potential partnerships.
  • Present the loyalty programme's value proposition to prospective partners.
  • Lead negotiations with current and prospective partners, defining scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure partner obligations are met as per contractual agreements.
  • Manage partner agencies and vendors; ensure clear communication of SLAs and KPIs.
  • Review and reconcile transactions and payments between the client and partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner communications and issue resolution.
  • Support Level 1 complaint resolution related to partner issues received via call centers or other channels.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, etc.) for seamless execution of partner initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver partner training materials and sessions.
  • Design joint promotions and campaigns to enhance loyalty programme value.
  • Source exclusive experiential and lifestyle experiences to enrich member benefits.
  • Manage all partner-related communication materials and collateral.
  • Perform any additional duties or projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, administration, or partnership coordination, preferably in loyalty programme partnerships.
  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Key Competencies:

  • Experience in marketing, sales, or rewards industry roles.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for campaign performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with consumer services across multi-channel platforms.
  • Sound knowledge of loyalty services and partnership models.
  • Excellent strategic planning and business negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to independently drive business opportunities and close partnership contracts.
  • Proficient in developing business models (Excel) and creating high-quality presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-informed on regional lifestyle trends to develop relevant partnerships.
