We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team — someone who combines strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a genuine focus on client success.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring revenue growth through proactive prospecting, impactful presentations, and effective negotiation. What You’ll Do

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Present solutions to prospective clients, clearly articulating value and impact.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and higher-value deals.
  • Mentor and support Account Associates to strengthen overall sales performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales , ideally within a relevant industry.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long-term client relationships.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward ambitious targets.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining ethical sales practices.
