Full Sales Lifecycle Management

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through professional networks, strategic outreach, and direct engagement with decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted technology advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with Node Technologies’ innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to craft tailored technology strategies, positioning Node Technologies as the preferred partner.
  • Lead the bidding process with precision, ensuring proposals are compelling, accurate, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Provide market, account, and competitive intelligence to senior leadership throughout the sales cycle.
  • Independently negotiate and close small to mid-sized deals, and support senior sales leadership in closing larger engagements.

Revenue Growth & Business Expansion

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Promote the full suite of Node Technologies’ services, ensuring profitability and value delivery.
  • Maintain healthy gross margins while driving sustainable growth.

Strategic Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and support.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and client developments to identify new opportunities and risks.
  • Provide end-to-end client support—from bidding and implementation to post-sales service.
  • Partner with project teams to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Drive deeper organizational engagement to expand our footprint within client accounts.

Upselling & Cross-Selling Excellence

  • Develop comprehensive account plans to uncover revenue potential and strategic opportunities.
  • Identify new leads within existing accounts and introduce relevant services and solutions.
  • Educate clients on emerging technologies and how they can enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to design customized solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Account Administration & CRM

  • Support Sales Operations in maintaining accurate client records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Ensure timely renewals of service agreements and manage payment collections.
  • Maintain full visibility into contract terms, service offerings, and pricing structures.
  • Utilize Node Technologies’ CRM to log activities, track progress, and generate insightful reports.

Relationship Building & Market Presence

  • Regularly visit key clients to strengthen relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to identify and execute strategic campaigns.
  • Represent Node Technologies at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
