Department : Group Marketing & Customer Department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Strategy and Planning. Formulate annual customer relationship management strategies and systematic customer visit plans, covering key IOCs, NOCs, and core partners; Analyze customers' business dynamics and potential needs, and develop differentiated relationship maintenance and development strategies for customers at different levels.
  • Customer Visit and Activity Management. Plan and lead various customer visit activities (such as high-level mutual visits, technical exchanges, cooperation meetings, etc.), ensuring clear objectives, adequate preparation, and significant results; Coordinate and organize internal business units (management, sales departments, product and technical teams) to participate in customer visits, forming a unified customer interface and synergistic effects.
  • Business Etiquette and Professional Image Management. Formulate and implement the company's unified standard operating procedures (SOP) for business etiquette, including reception, meetings, gift-giving, etc., to ensure the company presents a professional and respectful brand image in all external communications; Plan and customize high-end business gifts based on customers' cultural backgrounds and company policies to enhance customer favorability and brand recall.
  • Strategic Agent Partnership Management. Responsible for organizing various company units, mainly sales departments and product departments, to jointly select, evaluate, and establish strategic agent partnerships; Plan and execute agent conferences, training sessions, incentive programs, etc., to strengthen agent loyalty and build a healthy, win-win agent ecosystem.
  • Senior-Level Business Support and Communication. Assist the company's management in high-level customer business interactions and receptions, responsible for pre-preparation, itinerary arrangement, and on-site support to ensure smooth meetings; Assist management in drafting, reviewing, and following up on formal business correspondence with customers, ensuring communication content is accurate, professional, and compliant with business norms.


Qualifications

  • Educational Background. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Business Management, Marketing, Petroleum Engineering or related fields.
  • Work Experience. Having more than 5 years of work experience in customer relationship management, key account sales or business development in the oil and gas industry; Possessing successful experience in planning and executing high-end customer visits, business receptions and partner activities; Familiar with the organizational structure, decision-making processes and cultural characteristics of customers in the oil and gas industry (especially IOCs and NOCs).
  • Language Proficiency. Excellent English communication skills, with proficiency in written correspondence, and being able to use English as the main language for business meetings, presentations and receptions.
  • Core Skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills, capable of effectively collaborating with customers from different cultural backgrounds and internal teams; Outstanding project management and multi-task coordination abilities, able to efficiently organize internal and external resources; Sharp business acumen, able to understand complex business needs and strategic goals.
  • Preferred Qualifications. Having an extensive network of contacts in the oil and gas industry, especially in the fields of IOCs and NOCs; Having experience in holding similar positions in multinational energy enterprises; Having in-depth understanding and practical experience in international business etiquette.
  • Personal Traits.Strong logical thinking and organized work style; proactive and result-oriented, with excellent service awareness and problem-solving abilities.
