Job Brief

To strengthen our team and support our customers, sales organizations and partners throughout Turkey we are searching for a Account Manager to join our Sales Team of Canon Medical Systems Turkey.

You will provide complete and appropriate solutions to increase the number of Canon users with high customer satisfaction through sales excellence.

Primary Job Objectives

- Proven work experience as a salesperson in medical equipment environment.

- Minimum 3 years of medical equipment sales experience is a must

- Proficiency in MS Office Programs

- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

- BS/BA degree or equivalent

- No restrictions to travel

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maximize the product value in every project.

2. Provide technical expertise to the buyer to get information about the products and services

with support from the product manager when necessary.

3. Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

4. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

5. Make all kinds of negotiations during the sales process, inform sales and marketing staff about expected price levels.

6. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

7. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

8. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

9. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

10. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

11. Provide all kinds of coordination within and outside the company in this framework.

12. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

13. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

14. Represent the company in electronic media, telephone and face-to-face negotiations during the sales process.

15. Represent company at events, congresses, etc.

16. Know and act in accordance with statutory legislation related to procurement at advanced level in public procurement.

17. Continuously improve through feedback.

18. Know company rules and fully comply with them during all professional work.
