Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities with potential clients.
  • Gain in depth knowledge of ICRA's rating services (training provided) to effectively communicate their value and benefits.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value of credit rating services.
  • Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Track and report on sales activities, results, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely monitoring of sales performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential customers, and competitive insights.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long term business relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company developments through ongoing training and meetings.
Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in sales, finance, or relevant industry programs are an advantage.
Experience
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the financial services or credit rating industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and present complex financial services in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Self motivated and target driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
