Job Summary:
To Manage the complete Hospitality sector business, increase penetration in the sector and increase the market share.
Responsibilities Include:
• Survey market potential in Central region of KSA, identify potential clients and plans coverage to ensure maximum market penetration.
• Identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate deals.
• Achieve sales target for assigned Hospitality budget through cross and range selling as well as hunting for new business.
• Strengthen and improve customers business relationship
• Perform technical presentations and demonstrate superiority of product / services that meets / exceeds client needs. Negotiation with customers on technical and commercial matters.
• Responsible for training and coaching customers’ end users to increase application knowledge.
• Responsible for supporting the Marketing functions, identifying sales opportunities, support customer acquisitions, drive value propositions and conduct customer improvement projects.
Qualification : Bachelor degree in related filed.
Soft Skills :
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
Solid demonstrated presentation skills with ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
Advanced business knowledge, analytical, problem solving, communication, relationship management and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
