Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate GST filing, TDS deductions, and returns filing.
  • Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and coordinate with auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutory laws and regulations (Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all accounting and compliance matters.
  • Liaise with banks, vendors, tax consultants, and government departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CA Inter is Mandatory
  • Experience in real estate is mandatory
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances.
  • Experience in handling statutory filings, returns, and audits.
  • Good understanding of Indian accounting standards.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
