Job Summary:

The Account Manager acts as the primary liaison between Smartt AI and assigned clients/brands. This role manages day-to-day communication, coordinates listings and stock, monitors sales performance, and ensures client satisfaction across all marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily communication with assigned clients and partners.
  • Coordinate product listings, promotions, and stock replenishment with the Data Entry and Fulfillment teams.
  • Monitor marketplace performance per brand and provide sales reports.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, implement strategies, and support marketing campaigns.
  • Escalate operational issues and provide solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain the Sales Sheet and SKU Status Sheet for assigned brands.

Working Structure:

Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£13,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
