Account Manager Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to communicate value propositions and ROI
  • Monitor and report on account performance, market trends, and competitive activities
  • Negotiate contracts and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management
  • Analyze client data and generate actionable insights to improve account performance
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to meet client needs
Account Manager Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or similar role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of market trends
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Saudi business practices
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
