About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven
Account Manager
with proven experience in the
insurance sector
, managing sales targets and marketing portfolios.
Key Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum
2 years in the insurance sector
(banking experience is a plus).

Marketing Portfolio:
Must have managed a portfolio of
at least 1 million SAR
.

Education: Secondary school to Master’s degree.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure the company is reaching its target audience.

Sell various types of insurance policies to corporates.
-
Seek out new clients and develop clients by networking to generate lists of prospective clients.

Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
-
Answer all lead and customer questions accurately, and prioritize/escalate as needed.

Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts.
-
Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc., thoroughly for manager review.

Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options.

Manage an insurance portfolio.

Proven sales experience in the insurance industry.

Maintain strong connections with companies and industries with sales potential.

Fill in daily reports and submit them to the direct manager as required.

Operate with the highest standards of personal integrity at all times.
Qualifications:
Education:
Secondary school to Bachelor’s degree
(any relevant field, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Finance).
