We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Care Chemicals Business Unit, Business Segment Industrial Application. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management strategies in Turkey and the sub-region MEA.
Responsibilities
- Manage Heart/Belly customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with procurement and other key stakeholders
- Drive growth and satisfaction of assigned accounts through strategic planning and execution
- Handle contracts, price management, and address overdue payments
- Gather and analyze customer demand development insights to identify opportunities
- Expand share of wallet through successful participation in biddings and tenders
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential churn risks to ensure customer retention
- Maintain accurate CRM customer data and manage new business development pipeline in collaboration with Business Development
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting to support business planning
- Operate in a coordinated team set-up to ensure full customer journey success, business development, distribution
