About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and experienced Account Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the company's expansion. This position is ideal for passionate and results-oriented sales professionals who excel in building relationships, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing CRM pipelines, quotations, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Coordinating with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and client deliveries.
• Representing Smucci at hospitality events and exhibitions.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, fostering strong relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns, conducting regular check-ins, and tailoring solutions to client preferences.
• Ability to create compelling proposals, quotations, and deliver persuasive sales presentations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the UAE hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Passion for sustainability and premium product presentation.

Training & Support

All new team members will undergo product and system training, gaining full knowledge of Smucci’s collections and client approach.
