What You Will Do
-
Follow safety policies to provide a safe workplace for all employees and supports the guiding principles of Goal Zero. Drive culture of safety; Report safety observations / incidents.

Customer account management, develop and continuously develop strategic customer relationships for assigned accounts and leverage eternal business networking to maximize sales and profitability across portfolio.

Achieve and exceed sales review plan per assigned account.

Take lead on all contractual aspects that includes but not limited to commercial, terms, scope of work, pricing, negotiation, and proper record keeping. Beside writing technical and commercial proposals to our customers

Participate effectively in the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business plan meetings to set the sales target per area and product line, as well as providing feedback on sales reforecast

Forecast the account volumes per products per area on a monthly basis and provide feedback and explanation on volumes variances for each product

Update the market information/market intel, competition and track the new activities on a monthly basis, Also build and maintain account sales pipelines to achieve business plan.

Delivering a value added to our customers, capture and communicate the value back to customers

Liaise with the supply chain continuously for the raw materials availability and production plans to ensure the supply continuity to our customers. Also liaise with the other support fictions (R&D, business development, technical teams, marketing team) for new product development.

Review the chemical injection rates of all production chemicals per account to ensure an accurate product volume forecast
-
Liaise between customer and R&D department to scope and execute specialized application and suggest corrective actions/ optimization.

Review and provide recommendation related to the oil and gas chemical treatment, when needed
-
Develop strategy document related to chemical treatment programs
-
Provide product and application recommendation and associated reports as appropriate.

Conduct and manage product selection program, testing and evaluation as well as deployment and associated monitoring strategies.

Manage the communications of the first fill for new projects with EPCs
Minimum Education And Experience
-
Chemical Engineer / Chemistry / Metallurgy / Materials Engineering or equivalent
-
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Production Chemicals applications in Oil and Gas Industry
-
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development and building customer relationship
-
Thorough knowledge of the upstream oil and gas applications.
-
Good understanding of the chemical treatment programs in the upstream oil and gas, especially (corrosion, Demulsifier, scale, bacteria and water treatment)
-
Thorough experience in Saudi Oil & Gas Market. Knowledge in project engineering consultancy and EPC is a plus.

Knowledge of general confidential information policies, procedures and regulations that governs employee and employer confidentiality, and of company confidentiality policies and procedures.

Willingness to travel and relocate when required
