Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a senior Accounts Manager with 5–15 years of experience to manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. The candidate will play a key role in controlling finances and supporting management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalization of books of accounts, Balance Sheet & P&L
• Managing day-to-day accounting activities and supervising the accounts team
• Handling GST, TDS, Income Tax compliances and filings
• Bank reconciliation, cash flow management & fund planning
• Preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis
• Coordination with auditors, tax consultants, and banks
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance
• Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Gold loan / NBFC / Finance industry experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,709.95 - ₹32,519.20 per month
