Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve sales targets.

• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate cleaning performance and ensure service quality meets client expectations.

• Prepare detailed follow-up and quality reports highlighting site conditions, observations, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate closely with the operations and quality teams to address client needs and implement corrective actions.

• Identify new business opportunities and promote Diversey’s range of cleaning and hygiene solutions.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards during all client interactions.

• Provide periodic performance updates and sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• • Fresh graduated or maximum of 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning, hygiene, or facility management
