Job Description:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations of the organization.
- Handle finalization of accounts, balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and tax consultants.
- Maintain and monitor accounts using Zoho Books.
- Review journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Guide and supervise junior accounts staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in accounts and finance.
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end accounting.
