Job Title: Accounts Manager

Experience: 10+ Years
Work Location: Pondicherry

Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations of the organization.
  • Handle finalization of accounts, balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  • Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and tax consultants.
  • Maintain and monitor accounts using Zoho Books.
  • Review journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Guide and supervise junior accounts staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in accounts and finance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books.
  • Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,354.00 - ₹67,947.91 per month
