About the Role:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing branding and design projects from initiation to delivery. This includes coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports, presenting proposals, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. The role requires a highly organized, professional, and articulate individual, especially when dealing with government or formal entities.
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with clients and official entities

Understand client needs and translate them into clear tasks for internal teams

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines

Handle client feedback, revisions, and ensure full client satisfaction

Supervise the development of brand identity, design, content, and project execution phases

Work closely with design, content, marketing, and production teams, assign tasks, and follow up to ensure accurate and timely completion

Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with agency standards across all deliverables

Provide regular project status reports to management

Prepare periodic project status reports, develop presentation decks, and support client-facing meetings

Draft professional correspondence and formal updates

Communicate with government or highly formal entities when required, maintaining a professional tone and formal writing style

Ensure all documents and deliverables are complete, accurate, and ready for submission
Requirements
-
3-5 years of experience in account management within branding, advertising, design, or creative agencies

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic

Solid understanding of branding, visual identity, and design workflow

Excellent time-management, follow-up, and ownership skills

Professional, articulate, and confident in client interactions

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools

Fluency in English is required
