Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to oversee multiple projects related to advertising, marketing and digital technology communications. Responsible for managing project(s) through entire project life. You’ll work with the internal team and directly with clients on advertising campaigns, media planning, websites, mobile apps, email marketing, digital advertising, social media and other media.

Ability to work on a team responsible for collecting and analyzing web traffic data and analytics. This candidate will also work on search engine optimization (SEO), Google AdWords and Social Media campaigns for clients. Ability to offer sales support when necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manages projects from beginning to end ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, within scope, and within budget
• Participate in project status meetings
• Prepare creative briefs
• Communicating regular status updates to appropriate team members, regularly monitor and summarize progress
• Manage multiple projects at one time
• Coordinate with clients to keep timelines on track, troubleshoot and communicate issues

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors’ degree required
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a creative branding environment
• Passionate about marketing and knowledgeable about the industry, trends, and marketplace
• Extremely organized, efficient, detail-oriented
• Strong people manager with both flexibility and accountability
• Ability to work independently & under pressure
• Experience in leading projects from concept to completion
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills
• Pragmatic with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
