Justlife is the region's leading super app for home services. We connect individual needs with on-demand services through our innovative marketplace platform. We are seeking an Account Manager in the Business Development department based in Dubai.

Overview

Take over a key role as an Account Manager in the Business Development department, and contribute to growth by managing partner relationships, driving acquisition and engagement, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive partner acquisition and engagement on our portal, serving as the primary liaison for service providers from onboarding to account management, ensuring maximum value delivery.
• Proactively seek out and convert sales leads into clients, representing our brand through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings as the dedicated account manager.
• Analyze daily partner and vertical performance and ensure maintained quality.
• Achieve short- and long-term sales goals, ensuring the right processes are in place.
• Inform and educate partners about new processes and follow up to ensure proper execution.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing clients and take necessary measures to close deals.
• Forecast and track partners' account metrics and update partners on steps to grow their business.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to assist partners with day-to-day queries.
• Be responsible for vertical performance including owning demand and revenue numbers.
• Maintain high-quality customer experience for the vertical as a custodian of quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 3 to 5 years of related account management experience in e-commerce marketplaces and/or service platforms.
• Proven experience in negotiating, reviewing, and managing client and service provider requirements; contracts; policies, and procedures.
• Strong initiative and leadership, with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas) and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Adaptability and agility to thrive in a changing work environment.
• Data-driven decision-making with sound business judgment through analytical reasoning.
• Proactive, innovative, and creative mindset with the ability to generate solutions beyond conventional boundaries.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, mobility, or home services industry (nice to have).
