Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Account Managers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will manage client relationships, drive business development, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of sales expertise and exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and help with their financial needs.

No prior experience in debt management? No problem — we provide full training and ongoing support

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the country to understand their financial objectives and challenges.
• Guide clients step-by-step through the debt management process
• Provide excellent client support via phone, email, and chat
• Monitor client accounts, provide guidance, and ensure consistent follow-up for client success.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues
• Introduce Oracle Management services to prospective clients in a friendly, consultative way

Qualifications:

• No formal degree required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in account management, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and provide personalized support.
• Experience or interest in industry is a plus.
