About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure successful execution of marketing and growth initiatives for B2B technology companies. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinates internally with strategy and delivery teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
The ideal candidate has experience in tech sales, BDR/SDR management, customer success, or agency account management, and understands how to work with technical companies such as SaaS, cybersecurity, IT services, and other B2B technology providers.
This is a long-term contract role (~30+ hours per week) with consistent work and the opportunity to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
- Manage client communication, expectations, and ongoing relationship development
- Lead client calls and ensure follow-ups and action items are clearly documented
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Monitor campaign progress and communicate updates and performance insights to clients
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts or introduce additional services
- Track tasks, projects, and client activity in monday.com
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition into active campaigns
- Maintain a strong understanding of clients’ industries, products, and target markets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Account Management
- Customer Success
- BDR/SDR Management
- Business Development
- Tech Sales
- Experience working with B2B or technical companies (SaaS, cybersecurity, IT services, software, etc.)
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable working with CRM and project management tools
- Experience with monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to translate technical or marketing strategies into clear client communication

- Customer Success Manager (SaaS / Technical)
- BDR or SDR Manager
- Technical Account Manager or Implementation Manager
- Agency Account Manager / Growth Manager
- Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant (optional)
Additional preferred experience:
- Experience working with technical B2B companies (SaaS, cybersecurity, IT services, software)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation campaigns, or marketing automation
- Comfortable with CRM and project management tools like monday.com, HubSpot, or Salesforce

Pay: $1,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
