Job Description:

The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing high-quality service. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and proactive management of client accounts


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs.
  • Resolve complaints and prevent issues related to client accounts.
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with client stakeholders (HR team, Finance team, etc.).
  • Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address client concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure client satisfaction at all times.
  • Submit, maintain, and track CRM requests.
  • Review client account activity reports


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related fie
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent English language skills.
