As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow Elsevier's Research Intelligence portfolio across the Middle East and Central Asia, owning renewals and upsell opportunities. You will partner closely with Senior Account Managers and cross functional teams to drive revenue growth, ensure smooth contract execution, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a passion for SaaS solutions and customer engagement.
