The Opportunity
Growth creates opportunity. We're seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to fully own a portfolio of landscaping clients and serve as their trusted advisor. This is a strategic, client-facing role where you will anticipate needs, solve problems, and drive both retention and growth.
As an Account Manager, you will:
Own client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
Solve issues quickly to ensure long-term satisfaction
Partner cross-functionally with account admins, market managers, and vendors
Oversee work orders and ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain contract, pricing, and client data accuracy
Support billing integrity and vendor coordination
Lead renewals, upsells, and expansion discussions
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews when requested
Proactively identify improvement opportunities within client landscapes
This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Client Success.

Account growth and upsell performance
Client satisfaction
Timely resolution of client concerns
What We're Looking For
3+ years of Account Management experience
Landscaping or green industry knowledge preferred
Strong client-facing and contract management experience
Strategic thinker with a track record of retention and growth
Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency in Excel and strong general technology aptitude
AI-friendly mindset and comfort adopting new tools
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
