Account Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to customer account management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Promote the company’s offerings to achieve mutual satisfaction and strengthen client trust.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 1-2 Years of relevant experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Office


Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
