Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our ready-mix concrete products for our Aiken Plant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, promote our high-quality products, and contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service while aligning with our company's values and mission.
What You'll Do:

Promote and sell ready-mix concrete products by executing the company's sales strategy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs.

Prepare and present customer quotes, including pricing information in accordance with the established pricing matrix.

Represent the organization professionally, promoting its values and mission in all interactions.

Ensure all job duties are performed in compliance with company safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three (3) to five (5) years’ construction industry experience, preferably in the target market.

Excellent people skills and customer-focused philosophy.
-
Must be able to communicate effectively with people at all operations levels.

Must have experience in budget and goal preparation, contract negotiation and program development.

Computer proficiency to include Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Have good mathematics skills including use of feet, inches, and fractions.

Valid driver’s license in state of residence.
