Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at F&C, based in Jeddah. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations, and identifying opportunities for additional value creation. Key tasks include managing client communications, overseeing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives to achieve client business objectives. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs, problem-solving, and providing tailored consulting solutions.


Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or business consulting
  • Familiarity with operational improvements, team training, and compliance standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO) in food and beverage industries
  • Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver measurable results
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
