Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives within existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, promptly addressing their needs and resolving issues.

Analyze account performance, prepare client reports, and present solutions to strengthen partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client value.

Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall client experience.
Must have requirements

Strong account management experience with a proven track record of success.

Over 4 years of relevant experience in account management roles; preferably selling to government entities or the public sector.

Demonstrated expertise in upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

Consistent history of client retention and relationship building.

Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
