Account Manager

Role Overview

Join us as an Account Manager and play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing our key client relationships. As part of our team in UAE - Dubai, you'll work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your account management expertise to drive client success, foster long-term partnerships, and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives within existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, promptly addressing their needs and resolving issues.
  • Analyze account performance, prepare client reports, and present solutions to strengthen partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client value.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall client experience.

Must have requirements

  • Strong account management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Over 4 years of relevant experience in account management roles; preferably selling to government entities or the public sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Consistent history of client retention and relationship building.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
