Account Manager

Role Overview

The Account Manager acts as the strategic and operational client lead, ensuring strong stakeholder management, seamless communication, operational alignment and overall client satisfaction across global and regional workstreams.

The Account Manager is responsible for building trusted client relationships, driving alignment across stakeholders, managing escalations and ensuring the account operates efficiently while identifying opportunities for future growth.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a day-to-day strategic contact for clients’ stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Clients HQ, regional and local teams
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and responsiveness
  • Support governance and stakeholder alignment across all workstreams
  • Lead client communication and follow-up across campaigns and operational streams


Campaign & Operational Oversight

  • Support overall campaign planning and operational alignment
  • Maintain visibility across live campaigns and delivery priorities
  • Ensure teams are aligned on timelines, expectations and client requirements
  • Work closely with Project Management teams to ensure smooth execution across all markets
  • Support rollout planning for regional and global campaigns


Strategic Account Leadership

  • Identify opportunities to grow and expand the account
  • Support conversations around new scopes and operational improvements
  • Help position Publicis as a strategic production and creative partner
  • Support innovation and transformation discussions across workflow, technology and operations
  • Contribute to long-term account development and partnership growth


Commercial & Scope Management

  • Support scope clarification and alignment
  • Help identify out-of-scope requests and operational gaps
  • Ensure operational requirements are aligned with commercial agreements


Governance & Reporting

  • Support governance meetings and status updates
  • Ensure alignment on priorities, risks and operational blockers
  • Coordinate reporting streams across stakeholders
  • Maintain visibility on campaign progress and escalations
  • Support continuous operational improvement initiatives



Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong client servicing and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience managing complex regional or global accounts
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience working across production, adaptation or integrated campaigns
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and campaign delivery
  • Ability to navigate high-pressure and fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving and escalation management capabilities
  • Experience coordinating across multiple markets and regions
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills
