Account Manager & Business Development Executive

Cairo, Egypt

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager & Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in advertising agencies—preferably BTL. This hybrid role combines client servicing and new business growth .

You will serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are clearly communicated, effectively managed, and delivered on time. At the same time, you will actively pursue new business opportunities, prepare and deliver pitches, and contribute to the agency’s growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, guide clients through our services—including brand identity, branding, printing, and promotional giveaways—and confidently handle their questions. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and suppliers, while also identifying and closing new business opportunities.

This role requires someone who is organized, persuasive, and results-driven, with the ability to balance servicing existing clients and developing new ones.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.

  • Communicate client requests clearly to internal teams and vendors.

  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure deliverables are met.

  • Translate client needs into clear briefs and coordinate execution with relevant teams.

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Manage quotations, specifications, and supplier coordination.

  • Provide regular updates and status reports to supervisors.

  • Maintain accurate client and lead records in CRM software.




Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in advertising (preferably BTL).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.

  • Experience in client servicing and/or business development.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
