The ideal candidate will develop and manage strategic relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty, and growth. The Key Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for key accounts, aligning customer objectives with company offerings to deliver value-added solutions and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, Supply chain).
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business, challenges, and industry trends.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Create strategic account plans to increase revenue and profitability from key accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand the customer base and generate new business from existing accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage account renewals and resolve contractual or operational issues.
  • Address customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Analyze account data to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Provide internal stakeholders with insights and reports on account status, pipeline, and forecast.


Qualifications


  1. Bachelor's degree electrical or mechanical engineering.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant field.
