Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, compiling and analyzing data, processing tax transactions, assisting in general accounting, managing petty cash, and supporting the preparation of financial reporting.
Responsibilities

General Accounting:

Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in ledger entries.

Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Tax Compliance:

Prepares and files monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with related regulations.

Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax returns.

Maintain records of tax payments, deductions, and credits to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Make necessary tax adjustments for expenses in compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards

Petty Cash Operations:

Monitor and reconcile petty cash transactions, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishments.

Analyze financial data to assess petty cash compliance and recommend corrective actions if necessary.

Collaborate with stakeholders to address any related issues proactively.

Financial Reporting Support:

Assist in preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience in accounting or related roles.

Very good at English Language

Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, procedures, and best practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
