As an Account Manager (Client Services), you’ll be the trusted partner and primary point of contact for your assigned clients. You will nurture strong relationships, lead seamless coordination across internal teams, and ensure every campaign is delivered with exceptional quality. From managing timelines and budgets to overseeing key deliverables, you’ll keep projects on track and elevate the client experience, consistently aiming to exceed expectations and drive meaningful results.
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and delivery.
- Understand clients' businesses and proactively propose solutions to meet their marketing needs.
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, OOH, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure timely, high-quality output.
- Track project progress, adjust timelines, and solve issues as they arise.
- Support the development of campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas during planning and pitch phases.
- Review campaign performance metrics and compile reports for clients.
- Prepare estimates, manage budgets, and track client billing and invoicing.
- Ensure financial accuracy and profitability of each account.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency is essential.
- Proven track record of managing real estate or hospitality sector clients is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in handling end-to-end client campaigns with multiple deliverables and stakeholders.
